• Messaging information: SMS opt-in status, message logs, delivery status, timestamps, opt-out requests, HELP requests, and related communications metadata.
• Location and device information: GPS coordinates, IP address, device type, browser type, operating system, app version, device identifiers, and usage data.

3. SMS Consent and Phone Numbers

Zaptty does not sell, rent, or share SMS opt-in consent or phone numbers with third parties for their marketing purposes.

We may share phone numbers and messaging information with service providers only as necessary to deliver messages, operate our services, comply with law, prevent fraud or abuse, or fulfill user-directed communications.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

User can request account deletion by using mobile application. Login -> Navigate to Profile by clicking on user initials -> Delete Account
